who do you think might have a latch for a2007 Ultra tour pac in stock & on line - Not the hinge but one of the latches broke on me today - I know my local dealer wont have one and it will be a 2 week deal to order anything from them - any idea's - thanks - tom

Just contacted Barrnett HD here in El Paso, They have the latch in stock for $10.75. Don't know how fast they can get to You. If interested call Pricella in the parts dept. 1-800-736-8173. Hope this helps. She's there now. PS: buy two, I broke one of mine on a trip, so now I carry a spare.

 

Thank you sir - I will call them - I called 3 dealers around here & all 3 were closed & I understand it's a Holiday week-in - I'll order an extra - these things are made out pot metal - I think there made in Twain out of re-cycle beer cans from Mexico -

 

bought some off of ebay back a year ago...don't remember the site, but you should be able to pull it up if you look....

 

checked my old package..shipped by thomas radnovich sr from Pinellas Park Fl. bought off of ebay, I believe his seller name is tombuyandsell

comes with 2 latches and everything needed to replace....quick and painless and you might as well buy 2; replaced 1 in june of last year and replaced another one last month.......

 

My Dealer had a set of 2 at one of his stores, so I got mine in a day.

Replace them both as the newer latches will hold tighter than the old ones.
