Question touring luggage

I have a 2008 Ultra. I would like to get either the Saddlemen BR4100 dresser back seat bag or the T-bag backseat bag TB9100DBB . I would like to hear who has which one and how much extra storage is there between the 2 before i buy. I have heard the Saddlemen will rub a hole in the speaker grill somehow. thanks jeff

I have the T-bags backseat bag and use it on every trip. Holds quite a bit. Can't say vs the Saddelman but can only speak to the T-Bag unit. Having the rain fly attached in a pocket is a nice feature. Stuff inside has always been bone dry even after riding thru some pretty heavy storms. And even at times without the rain fly over the bag as well.

I have an older T-bag with no rain fly but always put a plastic bag inside to load up everything in. Never had a leakage issue. It did wear my speaker cover a bit. But hey, its replaceable.

not to hi jack but another question.....Can you use the backseat bag and your drivers backrest at same time or does the backrest have to come off?

the tbag makes great backrest on it's own, so you wouldn't need one... stuff an extra map book in the front pocket to adjust lumbar support
