Default James at LRS

A while back I gave James with Long Ride Shields some bad press on here about contacting me. I am here to report James did contact me and listened to my concerns. As a result he exchanged the Stealth I purchased for an Ultra Recurve. The Ultra Recurve arrived yesterday and it stopped raining long enough last night to do 15 to 20 miles with it. I am pleased that my glasses no longer dance on my face. Running down the highway I put my hand up to the edges of the windshield and could feel where the air flow was going. The results are what I have been looking for. James has turned me into another satisfied customer.

I spoke to James at length when I bought the recurve shield for my EG. Guy really knows his stuff. Glad it worked out for you!

Good to hear. What height shield did you end up going with? I'm trying to decide myself but don't really know which to pick. I also want to go Lexan which I see LRS is now offering.

Way to man-up & admit fault. LRS has a great rep here so anyone knocking would be the minority.

Daveworks, once I figured out how to access the measuring link on the LRS website I basically followed the instructions. Had my buddy hold a carpenter's level and measured where the top of the shield came between my upper lip and the tip of my nose. I have the 11 inch Ultra Recurve.

Wow, sounds like you are a tall drink of water.
Glad your happy. I love my 8" Ultra Curve, and they were great to deal with.

well - according to that I need a 10" assuming the lexan model is the same basic geometry as the non-lexan.
