Count me in as another who will not consider this product unless the vendor stands behind my receiving it in good order.

LOL package like PEZ! Damn those packages are bomb proof...... When I received the speakers it was DAMN I need a chainsaw to open this!.... Let me say this all vendors should be like Pez (huge sucking sound)... I had an issue with a speaker emailed him and WHAM another on the way... Hell he even emailed me to tell me the box looks a little crushed but it was pre-sent. Of course after I open the miles of tape and bubble wrap there was the box with a littel crush in one corner.....

You guys could , of your own accord, ask the vendor how he handles damage claims and BTW, as of this msg, no response. Did check the bank, the check has already cleared, which is normal for this time frame. My intent was to provide guaranteed payment, i just wish his intent had been to provide better protected product.

I ain't over yet. I don't thinkI am going to get a reponse by email (maybe blocked by now) or FAX from home (maybe Blocked also)
butI am going to inform the local Better Business Bureau and Consumer Advocates from his region and mine. We will see where this goes.

To the Adinistrators of the Forum:
I'm letting this ride out till I get a sense of where it is going. I don't want to loose my privledges here and use this site for constant rants.
