Default XM Radio - question

I have the HD XM radio on my bike. I know it sounds crazy but there are several stations that are part of the basic package that I can't tune to on the radio. One of my favorites is XM-70 (Blues Radio - some days you just gotta have Etta James or B.B. King). I have had XM-Sirius "refresh" the radio signal and that didn't help. I run the channel selector up as high as 67 then I push the channel up button and get channel 75. I was wondering if it's because channel 70 is one that originally was only on Sirius and not XM but I have the entire package and still can't get it. It works on my other (in house) XM radio. Anyone else have this issue?

Other than the fact that the Weather and Traffic options don't work, and riding northbound or through trees - like everywhere here in the Summer......

Nope works fine.

XM Tech support is sh*t. If they can't fix it by doing a reset (which you can do yourself via the website), they will tell you that they'll call you back with a fix, and don't

If you threaten to turn the service off, they offer you a deep discount on a subscription

You get the same cr*ppy whatever-you-got but cheaper

Sorry to be such a buzzkill, but yea - I get a couple hundred stations.

I listen to xm70 all the time, and I have usually gotten great service from xm. you might have a radio issue, or call the tech line it should be coming in

Remember, just because SIRIUS bought and now owns XM. The channels on one are may not be on the other. The FCC rules make it so they are still separate.

I am going to try to update the software on the radio from the HD website. Not sure if this will help but worth a try. I have the XM Premier package on the bike and it includes a lot of channels including some former Sirius channels.

Did the software update per the HD website. Also "refreshed" the radio signal through the Sirius-XM website. All is good now. Got all the channels I'm supposed to have. Thanks for the responses.
