Default Anything Go Here?

I am in the process on working on my new to me 2011 FLHX. Anyone know if two screw go here (with the red circles)? It is on the right side (passenger). If so what size screws?

Thanks.

I thought the rear floorboards go there, but I may be wrong?

The rear floor board are mounted to the right. It is the chrome piece to the right of the black circle. The other side has two bolts going through it but this side doesn't. The ride quality is not affected.

Nope, that's not for passenger pegs or floor board mounts. He already has passenger pegs mounted - you can see them in his pictures. On my 08, those "holes" have chrome bolts in them.

I don't think that is the floor board mount, I think that is the outside of the swing arm pivot bolt , and it holds the swing arm bushings.
