07 FLHP- 103" or 96" ????

I just bought an '07 police model RK, and the salesman said it had a 96. Is he mistaken, or did some '07's come with 96s? All the info I can find says it should have the 103. WTF?

I think all the 07 models came as a 96 inch engine.
First year of the 96's.

I think it is a 103..but the service guys should be able to tell you if you give them the VIN
