New way to remove bugs.
I found a new way to remove bugs, read about this and I was skeptical but I thought I would give it a try. You fill a spray bottle with warm water and then stuff a fabric softener dryer sheet in the water give it a shake and spray it on the bugs. Let it sit for a couple of minuts make shure it stays wet of course, and then wash off with a mit. I was amazed one wipe and the bugs were off, no scrubbing and not a trace was left. I have spent a lot of money on products that dont eaven come close to this, very cheap and effective. Plus it doesnt strip off wax. This tip came from an aircraft pilot, imagine the amount of bugs they have to wash off

hmmm,
I usually soak a rag/towel etc. in water and drap it over the fairing while setting up camp or moving into room
wait a few minutes, then wipe off.
I have seen fabric softener products stain cloth and cause streaking etc.
I'll hold off for consensus.
... I had a windscreen ruined by a commercial motorcycle cleaning product i read about on the forums

for years i've been simply wetting the front of my veh.'s then wiping them off w/a wet dryer sheet. works great and never had a problem w/paint or plastic. if u use it on your windshield water will bead off just as if u had used rain-x. on my denim paint i use the denim cleaner from harley...works great!
