Thank you, that's the first answer that make's sense. My 11 King has been making a whining noise from the primary so he tells me not to drive it to hard. I hope my friend forgets we talked about this, no fun telling him he may be right about the chain.

Does the noise change when you pull the clutch in? Is the noise speed related. If not its not the tension of the chain.

The noise is rpm related and there is no way to stop it. I have a Thread going now on here on the noise "primary whining noise at clutch end"

RPM related and speed related are two different things. Most common thing is your IPB going bad. If so upgrade to a one piece bearing.
