I'm in the same boat -- got my '12 RK in June. I don't think there was a model change, although I definitely saw a '13 RK Classic this weekend in one of the new Ember Red/Merlot metallic color -- VERY pretty. The sunlight on it made it look amazing.

the street bob has the most changes, optional 103, got rid of the intragrated risers, different dash,and battery box, and aircleaner,plus the loss of the rear breaklight,blacked out forks and triple trees.
