I purchased a new road zeppelin seat (real bad experience) I haven’t had it long enough to evaluate the seat’s comfort however, buyer beware!
I purchased the seat and went to Sturgis this year, on the way there, either the first or second day the bladder under the rider failed! I promptly returned it after I getting home 5 days later expecting the dealership to replace it with a new one, because I dank the warranty Kool-Aid! I found out that they would not let you return it nor would they replace it with a new one. They did however send it to the factory for repair.
I received a call from the dealership that my seat was back and the factory replaced the defective bladder. I went to pick up the seat and looked it over and found a rip on the underside. Thinking the company should fix what they damaged during the repair I asked that they send it back and have that quality issue addressed. To my surprise I was told that it doesn’t affect Fit, Form or Function therefore they will not, and Harley customer service would not help and in fact were rude!
Don’t drink the warranty Kool-Aid! I’m really disappointed I have spent a lot of money at that dealership!

I just ordered the Sidekick for my Limited. I converted the tour pack to a quick detach and have the Brawler solo (which I LOVE), but my wife and son like to ride sometimes for really short distances, so I bout the detachable short sissy bar with smooth pad and Sidekick with a cool cross design. Can't wait to get it back! I will post pics soon (hopefully get it in ~ 2 weeks).
