Was at the local Victory dealer today and saw a 1999 RKC with 13k miles listed for 9600. It's being sold by the owner for a long time friend... as the story goes...

anyway, looks very clean, always garaged, lots of extras, etc.

I was wondering what to look for maint wise on a big this age, tires, cam and cam tensioner, anything else?

What would be a fair price on this bike? I was thinking between 8500 and 9000, thoughts?
