What was the rumor? the color chart I have for FLTRU has Midnight Pearl... isn't that it?

 

Here is a pic of the 2013 RGU in the Ember Red Sunglo and it looks identical to the 2012 to me.

 

Was that midnight pearl or vivid black? Saw a '13 midnight pearl Street Glide today. Nice color. I have a deposit on the first midnight pearl FLHTRU my dealer is getting in - but I really wish they would lose the stripes. The color book shows strips on the Road Glide, but not on the Ultra. I thinking that might be an oversight. But I can still hope...

 

this could be trouble for me....
I think this bike is the BEST value in the touring line....
They are only about $700+/- more then the custom....
But what about all the work i already did to my SG??? UUUuuhhgg!

 

The bike would look way better with no stripes. On the black one, it would be nice if there was at least no silver. IMO

midnight pearl/silver/blue pinstripe is nice
vivid black/vivid black/silver pinstripe is very nice also....pretty close to having no stripe...but it breaks it up a bit

if you can't get rid of it, this is a good way to improve on it.

 

Interesting. Two blues available on the RGU. And two of the best blues HD has done for quite some time. Big Blue Pearl and Midnight Pearl. If I was in the market that would be a really hard decision.

 

the color choices are nice..
although i don't know if i'd call Midnight Pearl blue...to me it looked like a dark charcoal, almost black, with a metallic flake...

 

If you see it in the right light, especially in sunlight, you can see the blue pop out. It is a very dark blue though.
