Just installed a Mustang Super Touring seat on the 11 SG...

I love mine as well!! I had an AirHawk pad on my stock seat, but with this seat I have no need for it and gave it to a buddy who also has back issues.

Is the seat slotted for the back rest or does mount between driver and passenger pillion?

Slotted in between the rider section and passenger pillion. VERY comfortable!
Much more support for rider even without the back rest. And, of course the back rest folds forward for passenger mount-up

What part number? Is that the super touring? Did you try the Harley Hammock??
