I purchased it from the Harley-Davidson of Maryland located in Elkridge, Maryland. They gave me a price under MSRP, 15% off of labor and parts. I ordered the bike on November 11th 2006 and it was delivered on January 11th. That wasn't to bad.

Sounds great. I ordered the same bike (Peace Officer edition) in black and am having Rinehart true duals/HD Race tuner and HD A/C High flow put on as sooon as it comes in. Wasn't sure whether to go with SERT or PCIII and dealer steered me toward the SERT. I added the chrome lace wheels/security system and XM radio. Cannot wait for it to get here. Selling an 05 Fatboy (15th Annv) if you know anyone looking. Cold and windy here in Pasadena (MD that is). Prices on the POE and FF Edition are great, saved a lot of money

Yea, I live in Severn so I feel the cold and wind. Believe it or not I'm considering riding today because I got the bike yesterday. If the wind would die down I would take a short ride to Staubucks.

Baggersam
Let me know what you think after you ride it a little bit. Hopefully it will warm up a bit. Figures to get cold when it comes in.
Enjoy

Congrats on the new bike. Sounds like a pretty chilly ride home.

congrats on the new bike. with the new break in procedure, you don't have to limit yourself to <60 mph for 500 miles. i think you will find it very hard to do that anyway. but if you are able to control yourself that much, don't even think of shifting into 6th.

Yea I will probably find it hard to stick to that speed. I am trying to upload my photos of the bike from Microsoft office picture manager. I am not having any luck. Can someone help?
