Default RE: Tourpak extender

I have the kit from George Anderson also; $102.00 total. This guy has a quality product that is very easy to install. It comes with all the hardware you'll need and everything fits. I set mine at 2 1/2 inches and the wife loves it. It didn't change the ride or handling at all. He doesn't have a web site, but you can call him at the number rleggs posted.

The adjustment is about 1" - 1.25". Moving it is easy. Just undo the 5 bolts holding it in place, leaving one bolt still fastened on the high side so the TP doesn't flip off. Hold the TP in place and remove all the bolts including the last one. Move the TP back, set the detent on the bracket rail and reinstall the bolts. Still confused? PM me and I will give you my cell #.
I bought a used UC and was wondering if it was already done or not. NOW, I know what to go home to look for, and decide if I need the kit, or if I have an optional to try first. Thanks for the intel!
