I have a 07 Electric Glide that after a run down the highway it will stall when I come to a stop. It starts right up after that. Any ideals on what maybe wrong stock bike. This is in Texas and it is very hot on the road. Thanks Mike

 

IAC stepper motor?

 

Mine did the same thing and it was the iac stepper motor

 

Ok I will bite what is that.

 

My 07 rk did that and it was one of the weatherpac plugs in the headlight that was about .010" from being fully engaged. Had to use channelocks to get it to click.

 

aic (idol air controler) if u pull the air filter u will see a small hole on the top of the throttle body with a pin in it,if u cycle the run switch the pin should move up and down,spray it with cleaner or replace it,if that doesn't do it tps (throttle position sensor) or tps adjuster screw(looks like idol screw but its not) its locktited from factory.on mine the nonexistent heat melted the locktite and the screw moved.if it moved it has to be set while hooked to the digital technician.on mine the problem was hard to find and the bike did eventually throw a code for loss of idol control.
