2004 road king police model

no. however they may have been motors within the top 10% of tolerances.
in past motor versions ( pan, shovel, evo) cop bikes may have a low compression "parade duty" motor.
evo 80" fxrp's could be ordered with a "pursuit" motor which was about 72 HP ( well, mine was in stock trim) vs then then stock 45hp CA and 55hp 49 state motors.
cop bikes are great platforms for full customs, as much of the stock stuff is discarded- or to leave pretty much as is.
the electrical systems can be a nightmare of the PD stuff was just cut off and wires are hanging.
police supplement service and parts manuals can really be useful.
