I purchased my 09 street glide 2 months ago. Took it to an Indy to have some parts put on. He told me the front tire was cupping really bad and that Harley had a unofficial recall on this tire. I took it to dealership and they were saying that they weren't going to cover. I start asking how is it legal to sell a bike with a unsafe tire (loudly). I think they realized they were at fault and decided to replace tire completely free of charge.
