First welcome to the forum.

Generally when asking for help you need to provide a little more information.
Year and model of bike, have you done anything recently like adding new bars, changed switch housings?
Having said that the turn signals are controlled by TSM or the TSSM if you have security
TSM= turn signal module
TSSM= turn signal & security module
As you know normally both buttons have to be pushed at the same time for the 4 ways
since the right side works correctly assuming you haven't don anything else recently I would guess you have a bad TSM or TSSM

Sounds like a short in left turn signal switch or bad relay for the 4 ways
