Have you had the tire replaced? Some tire machines will hit and bend the rotors if not careful, some require the rotor be removed to work.

Nope still on original tire.

If it was bent that much then it should have been rattling your teeth out when you hit the front brakes lightly then pulsing hard to a stop. I'd keep pushing the issue. Unless you've been beating on it when hot the only way its bent instead of warped is if the wheel is off the bike or you wrecked.

If the rotor was warped or bent when you brought the bike to the dealer you would have noticed it pulsing. Take the bike for a ride and see if the brakes feel different than when you brought the bike in. If there all of a sudden much worse then something must have happened at the dealer. Make them accountable if they messed something up. My dealer replaced both of my front rotors and pads because the brakes pulsed from the rotors being worn thinner in one area while still under the two year warranty period.
