Next time he opens his yap, remind him about a few things, V-Rod (water cooled), what's wrong with belt drive, quiter than a chain, longer lasting, virtually maintenance free and lighter than shaft drive.

How about the other features, fuel injection, triple disc antilock brakes, throttle by wire, cruise control.

What about buying a product assembled in the US, putting our fellow Americans to work and fueling our own economy by creating wealth here instead of overseas.

He's just trying to justify getting rid of his bike.

+1, True story ..... back in the late 70's, got laid off, was looking at losing the house due to lack of funds. Ol' lady said we could always sell the bike to catch up on the payments. Long story short, in 1987 I still had that bike and sold it to buy a different one. The ol' lady on the other hand had been gone since 1980 ......

 

No ****... my '08 UC is friggin KILLING me in this heat, 95+ for the last 5 weeks my air temp gauge reads almost 110 degrees once the bike warms up... Oil Cooler and a Parade fan is looking really nice right now.

Oh, and who gives a **** what your co-worker thinks... turn down the sensitivity...

 

Sell the car. Kick the chick out. Buy a new bike and find a new piece of ars..
