A follow up on Great Cutomer Service from Custom Dynamics
I received confirmation that my order from Custom Dynamics had been delivered yesterday afternoon. The problem is I was home all day and it never arrived. Long story short the local Post Office delivered it to the wrong house.When I went to the post office this morning to try and find out what happened they were unwilling to help me. I called Custom Dynamics and explained the problem. I received a call back in a few minutes saying we will just send you a replacement order at no charge just let us know if the original order shows up.It turns out after I called the Post Office 1-800 number and complained about the poor service I received they spoke with the carrier to see why she marked the package was delivered when it wasn't. It's just a short time and she is at my door with my package. What an ordeal but Custom Dynamics was great to deal with.
