ON BOARD COMPRESSOR UPDATE
I can air up the stock shocks, but I'm not having any luck to dump the air. To do this, I have to unscrew the line, and manually hold the valve stem center part. Still working on it, but I think I'll probably just call on Bear 64, I think is the right guy, and just order that system....

77, I talked to some of our vendors, and they were not sure if I could get a DC valve in the size I need. We know that they are out there, because of the Platinum, and even the Draggin Baggers setup. I was just jury rigging this stock shock setup for on the fly adjustment, and I guess my heart wasn't really in it....Jim

Someone posted the part numbers for the DB system in one of those post. Your so close to putting together a functional system that meets your needs. You are looking to just adjust the ride comfort aren't you? Why spend the big bucks if you are not looking for the lowering capabilities?

RE: ON BOARD COMPRESSOR UPDATE
Yea, just for on the fly adjustment, not really needing to lower.
Tulsa, it's raining, it's windy, and it's cold, but you have kinda inspired me to keep hacking this out.....hehehehe.
I knew when I left the office today, I needed to get something done at home....

Check with a Co. called Parker, they make all kinds of air valves. They can be bought at most Industrial supplys, like Bearings inc. or Motoion Industries. Just talk to the counter person and explain what you are looking for. They have been very helpful in the past.

Here is the valve I am using, Parker Solinoid MKHONBG45A $24.90 from Applied Tech in Fort Worth.

Grainger also has an electric valve that will work from other manufactures. http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/wwg/productIndex.shtml
Dont give up, I am interested in seeing the system put together. What have you used so far to control a maximum of 35 psi for the shocks?
