Default The Official Front Agitator Wheel on Pre 2008 Touring Thread.

So, having read all the threads on doing this swap I wanted to put up one up with all information needed.

I recently purchased a 19" all chrome Agitator front wheel.

My bike is an 2005, I already have 2008 and up 25mm bearings and spacers because I'm currently running 2008 spoke wheels.

What is needed to do a front installation:

Agitator front wheel; Chrome 55071-11 as an example.

Agitator rotors. Left 41500007, Right 41500008 as an example.

Brembo calipers. (can be found on eBay for $200-300)

Dunlop 130/60/19 55055-11

25 mm Axle, washer, nut. (?)

25 mm bearings and internal sleeve.

Agitator specific spacers (?)

Front installation kit 41455-08C.

For the rear I'm going to run a Coastal Moto Titan 18X3.5.

I was told the calipers and the rotors wont fit because of the rotor diameter being larger. I believe it was 11.5 vs 11.8 or 12"

11.8" is the rotor diameter that is used for the Brembo calipers. the way the rotors mount to the agitators is different that a regular stock rotor so make sure to get the right rotors.

That's why Brembos are listed.

There's a few other threads covering this topic, but I wanted to condense it.
