I have 11k on a Commander2. I have a long ways left to go. They ride great.

I'm an 880 Metzler fan. Great handling and good on wet pavement. The great handling comes with a price however as they are not a high mileage tire.

Been riding since the 60s. What I have found is that sometimes different tyres are fine together, but occasionally they just don't seem to work. Try it, but if you find the bike doesn't behave as you would like, be prepared to change the rear as well. Or fit an Elite to the front!

The Pirelli Night Dragon is a very soft tire and runs very well in the rain.

Here is a 200mm/50/16 Avon Venom on a Road Glide. Yeah, pretty tight fit. This was done with an FBI kit.
I was making repairs to the broken exhaust/bag support bracket that is broken.
