300 x 2 amp with Polk MM 651 in 2011 RG. Wow does it sound good. All the songs on my ipod that I could never get the volume up to snuff not a problem now. Holy Crap. Thanks to all the posts on this site. Jim

 

Did you leave the radio stock? Whose adapters did you use to put them in. I have a 2012 Street Glide and am looking to imporve my sound, don't want to totaly revamp the system, just replace the stock speakers with something better and add an amp (only if I have to add the amp).

arc audio adapters..$45, i think the RF PBR300x2 + PA MM651 is well worth it...I think I spent around $350 for all parts and suppliers...+ a 6-pack...

 

Put the amp in and changed out stock speakers. got the speaker adapters from Hard Ride Audio 59.00 cost little more but fit perfect, amp 159.00 ebay, speakers 134.00 amazon, built mountig bracket out of old street sign. I'am a classic rock guy, man does it sound good.
