Worst upgrade would be for the Ultra was the Cobra PowerPro Tuner. Biggest piece of junk I had installed.

Probably putting true duals on my 120R. Damn things are strangling it. Sound great though. Keep your eyes peeled for a great deal in the parts for sale section.

Not expensive but a huge waste of time was the eBay billet shift arms. The rear one stripped out after 2 months. Also the eBay chrome switch covers, took a long time swap out and the clutch side is off just enough to where my clutch lever won't engage the safety switch. 80 dollar mistake but a bigger waste of time.

Best recent upgrade has to be the wild one 14" apes and hard wiring the iPhone to use the sena Bluetooth for tunes!

On 2001 FLHT,did a 1550 kit, plus head work. Rebuild the carb with larger jet's,for the head work.installed a 6 speed gear set.It ran ok,but I thought something was missing,so when I did replace the cam tensoiners installed a set of SE 204,that helped. Then the seal behind the clutch started to leak. When I replaced it: changed the front sprocket from a 26 tooth,to a 24,,it was like a new bike,to tell the truth should have started there, made more difference then anything I did

Haha! Thanks... please forgive me, I know not what I do...
That Victory Vision was fun. I sold a RK to buy a RG, while waiting for Harley to announce the new models in June/July 2009... I was impatient and bought the Victory.

Although it was a nice ride and all that.... I missed the Harley life more than ever..

So, now Im back, I paid my dues, and I am NEVER LEAVING.

Love the new CVO! I figured if I am coming back to Harley I am getting the ultimate for me! Thanks for the nod..

D&D FatCat. Worst sounding pipe I've ever had the displeasure of owning.

Now you can't beat that for standing behind your product!

Don't discount the SE255s if you have a stock 96 motor. I'm very pleased with mine as are many others on here.

I bought the SE Race tuner module for my 08 Ultra. Virtually no HP difference for almost a grand with pipes, Hi flow air cleaner etc. Should of put slip on mufflers on it and bought myself a new set of tools.

Jeans were rubbing the paint on my gas tank. Bought a tank bra! It did more damage than my jeans, not to mention I had to remove to wash the bike. Solution was to get floorboard extentions. That was money well spent.
