Putting KB pstons in a 95" upgrade. Replaced them twice.

Kuryakan Saddle shields... two sets and left one keeps cracking... at least for 2nd set free... real junk of plastic....

Default Worst upgrade

V&H Power duals for my 09 Ultra. Like the look but the performance difference between them and the stock header was not near enough to justify the cost. Could have used that $400 to replace the rock hard seat that came on that bike. Can you say Road Zeppelin? Ahhh! (Yea I know it looks like a tractor seat, but my *** covers it completely so it don't matter!)

Hard Krome pipes. They sounded ok, but the mufflers were so heavy, they broke at the connection to the headpipe.

Most useless-- lockable PUSH BUTTON fuel door - can't press the button because it's too small.
I've been very careful with this bike to ensure I didn't buy additional useless stuff.

All the chrome I put on my bike, because now most if it is getting powder coated gloss black.

But seriously, worst I believe was the little chrome clutch cable holder that mounts to the downtube. **** didn't even fit.
