Any '07 ownersout there that have wired their bike for a trailer yet? There is a post or two floating around about there about the lights being controlled by the ECM and trailer wiring being a real trick. Any solutions out there yet?

 

Sure - go to Bushtec or one of the other reputable trailer folks, an' buy one of their harnesses. They essentially "piggyback" the OEM harness as a source indicator, but actually provide the trailer signals directly via independent switchin' from the battery.
