I got 30K out of my OEM Dunlops. Went with E3's got 30K from them also. I just put Michelin Commander II on this time. Only have about 300 mi on them but seem much better than the E3's.

Whoa $10! $25 on the bike! I take my tires to the Indy and they charge 30 each! Still cheaper than the HD Dealer though.

I find it easiest to unbolt the shocks, bottom bolt on each one. This allows the swing arm to fall and the axle to clear the exhaust. Be mindful of where the spacers go back into place. Things may have changed though since my 01 Road King.
