Default kerker/supertrapp vs VH ovals

I currently have the kerker/supertrapps on my 08 ultra with fulsac true dual mod.

I like the sound of them when accelerating and the rpm range above 2500rpms. They start to make some noise. same when revving, they sound good. but they are really quiet at idle, don't like the sound down low. I do like they have great sound, not raspy one bit.

I have a set of used VH ovals on the way, hard to get their sound from videos... are they raspy/hollow sounding, or do they have the good deep sound? has anyone heard both the kerkers and ovals in person? the kerkers seem to make really good sound and volume in high rpm range when accelerating hard, and revving it hard.

curious is if i am going to like them, my problem is, they are supposed to be here on the 9th and I work until 11pm, and need to leave early the 10th for a dyno tune thats 3 hours away. would like to get it tuned with the mufflers i am going to run, but I won't really have the time to swap them, try them, and swap back if I don't like.

so with that being said, who has heard both in person, and whats the pros/cons to each in their own opinions? i've heard pythons on a buddys road king, those were way to raspy sounding.

this is really close to how my kerkers sound on my bike. just with they were louder in person.

No one has heard both in person? I should just quit thinking about it and install the Vance and Hines ovals and like them. I doubt they would sell a product that doesn't sound good .

Did you get the ovals or monster ovals. I can tell you from experience that the monsters are similar in tone, but a bit louder at idle than the video.

Just the ovals. Had a set of cfr knockoffs the ol lady didn't care for, and got offered the regular ovals on trade.

I've done some reading, some think they kerkers are loud, others quiet. Are the ovals louder than kerker? Which has deeper sound in person? Which is more raspy?

I suppose I'll just throw the ovals on and first test ride for sound will be on the way to the dyno.... Surprised haven't gotten more replys. Are the ovals much louder than my kerkers with tapered endcap? At cruising the kerkers can just be heard, nice sound, and get quite a bit louder then twisting the throttle. Just curious if they ovals are much louder?
