In my quest for a seat, I bought a RZ seat and tried it. I will tell you that it is a MASSIVE seat. I personally did not like it, as it sets you at least an inch higher and was a challenge manuvering the bike around because it's so wide. Not vertically challenged either.
It was just too damn big for me.
Assuming verticle challenge is not a problem, how does it feel while riding? Was it 21" of fluffy comfort or are my expectations to high?
Have had one on my ultra for 4 years and yes it's big, but for me it makes for a great ride. On the long days being able to make adjustments at 3 different points makes the difference. Just my .02

THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!!
I tried one of the RZ with the leather cover and it was like sitting on a feather
pillow...very soft and comfortable...and very large..I only weigh 155 and
you could fit 2 of me on it, side by side....
Sorry I left that part out. Service mgr came out and we confirmed that it was plugged in to the right lead. I demonstrated what was happening and we scratched our heads. It was late in the day so we just swapped the seats back and I left.
And this was the lead in front of the battery stuffed under the tank?
Because if it was the other lead with the same plug it very well could kill the bike since that is the data connector for the ECM.

Nope. This lead is under the left side cover alongside the data connector. I know it's not the data connector because I've already used that one to download a TTS map. The ACC plug used to be routed up under the seat/tank but now it's located under the side cover.
