Yes, you should have received something in the mail. I received a notice in the mail. That is why I asked if you bought it new. Sometimes they don't do such a good job of catching up to 2nd owners. Obviously a recall will be performed no matter how many people have owned it but notices don't always get to present owners. As I said call Harley or a dealer with the VIN and they can tell you if you qualify.

 

Stopped at a dealer today and they fixed it under recall. Never did get anything in the mail though (unless the OL tossed it, which is a likely scenario).
