Broke down and bought a new 2012 ultra classic glide. Sold 05 heritage back to the guy I bought it from.

Congratulations Larry, I traded my 2005 Heritage for a 2012 Ultra Classic in March....Have a little over 7000 miles on the Ultra Classic now.
I am sure that you will really like the new bike...especially if you ride for long periods of time.
Only suggestion that I have NEVER and I really do mean NEVER EVER use the front brake at slow speed with the wheel turned!!!!
Be careful the new bike is a lot more top heavy than your old heritage......otherwise have fun, that is what it is all about.

Congrats, as soon as you get that thing on a long strech of hiway you'll find out what true love is.

 

Congrats!! You will love it and it is a lot different than a softail as I just took the plunge myself 2 weeks ago and have over 1k miles on mine. I am glad I did and will not go back to a softail if I can help it.
