Default Front switches on 2004 Road King

OK, I know the front left-hand switch controls the front spotlights, but can anyone tell me what the right-hand one does and where one could tap into them if its just extra? Thanks, Ken

Don't know since mine isn't here yet. But you can bet I'll be watching this for an answer also.

Ken, on my 06 RK there is a wiring plug under the seat just forward of the battery. This plug has 4 connections. Your 04 may be the same.

1. Ground
2. 12 Volts on when key is on or in acc position
3 Brake light connection
4. 12 Volts controlled by the switch on the left when the key is on or in acc.

H-D sells a connector for this plug that makes it simple to tap into. The service manual gives the actual pin numbers for the above connection.

I'll look for this plug and see what I can do with it. Thanks!
