I do that all the time. Makes people in cages think I am either crazy or drunk and they stay away from me..

No, why is everyone so obsessed with the temp of everything. Just ride it and enjoy. If something blows up or falls off then you know you have a problem.

Synthetic virgin olive oil and dont need no stinken oil temp gauge!

Geez I was just asking if anyone else checked their tire temps.I appreciate all the feedback relating to that question. Why bother checking oil temps or cyl head temps either, just check the level and ride. Make sure to follow the Lemmings in front and drink the Kool Aid.

I feel for ya man.......I'm gonna go out and recheck the torque of my valve stems too !
