If you had an overwhelming desire for that model and year then I suppose you could buy it. There are a lot of better deals out there.

 

I bought my 2003 FLHTCUI, Silver/Black Gold Key Package with Stage One Upgrade, Luggage rack and saddlebag cover guards. It had 2k miles on it, when I bought it in Jan, 2011. It was $13,700, and I bought it from Racine HD.

For those who fear low mileage bikes, I have put 12k miles on since then. No leaks. Except for when I stop for gas, and hit the men's room.
