Thats odd. I bought the passenger floorboards from my dealer back in march. Everything I needed was packaged all together. Didn't have to order anything additional to what was in the box.

You got to buy new parts piece by piece. If you need a common part it's often better to buy one from an owner who has replaced his with something else. They usually have the hardware and provide it with the part.

Did you get chrome brackets? Because if you did they do not come with the pins ***** and springs. And that is clearly stated in the instructions.

They go on the assumption that some one buying the chrome ones are replacing their stock black brackets and would just reuse the pins, springs and ***** from their old ones.

Knowledge is power! I do the research before buying and present my list of needed parts at the parts counter. I respect the people at the dealership I use, but I want have all the info before I buy. The parts catalog and/or the parts manual are my go to for research along with this forum for things like tools needed and useful tips to complete the installation.
