Took delivery of my Cobalt Blue SG last Saturday and put 300 miles on it over the weekend. Great bike and I really like the fact that it's a touring bike with a low-profile "look" to it. The one negative (for me) are the lowered air shocks.....NOT a good ride. I replaced them with Progressive 440's on Sunday .

regards

Did you check the air preasure in the rear? I know mine and a lot of guys on the board had them delivered with little of no air in the rear at all. You might save yourself some money! I am a big guy and mine rides great now that I have adjusted it.

Sure did, right when I got home. My air gauge read 3psi. Pumped them up to 35 psi and the ride still was "jarring". Next day I installed the 440's and the ride improved 200 percent, VERY smooth and non-jarring. Another reason I went with Progressive replacement shocks (other then the improved ride) is I did not want to deal with air shocks/leaks/checking & maintaining air pressure/etc.....

regards

11 months now and this bike puts the same smile on my face as the first time I spotted it on the web. I like it even more now, than when I saw the box come off it at the dealer!

Got mine in January. Vivid Black. Never looked back. One sweet freakin ride. No other sickle on the rock that I'd rather own. As far as the wheels go, I think they contribute to the solid feel and smooth ride. Better than lace in my opinion, plus no tubes to deal with. What are you waiting for, life is short. Go get yours!

When I first read the forums and responses to the streetglide, my first thought was that it can't be much different to the e-glide. I must admit, bounty, that daytona trim looks sweet.
