I have used LS for a few years. I usually checked between them and zanotti's and usually found them a few dollars cheaper and a buck is a buck. If their stuff is in stock it ships pretty quick. If not, you just wait like any othe mail order place.

 

I personally will NOT be using Surdyke again.
Saving a few bucks shouldn't be a trade off for bad customer service.
Lesson learned for me.

 

Remember when a good majority of dealers sold accessories on ebay,it was so easy to do a search and find a great deal till the Moco put a stop to it.

 

Do not use Surdyke unless you have a month or better to wait for your parts. Then if you get tired of waiting and want to cancel your order even before they receive the so called "wearhouse transfer" they will chare you a re-stocking fee.

 

ordered Boom audio last Friday from LS and it still hasnt shipped Says right on their website though, please allow 7-10 days for order processing PLUS travel time from shipper. So what are ya gonna do? Don't be in a hurry is what I'm getting at...

No one has mentioned Jon Horton at Horny Toad HD. They do not have the same web interface that Zanotti's had but make up for it with great customer service. All you need to do is feel out the the online form and Jon will get back to you with a price and invoice. I found the prices to be comparable to Zanotti's but with lower shipping charges. On my last purchase they were better than the online price I got from Surdyke. Good luck

I also had a horrible customer service experience with Surdyke. Spent thousands at LSHD and never had an issue.

 

I am aware that the shipping might take a little longer from LS, but nothing that I ordered was Have to have in a hurry items, just some goodies I wanted. so for me the 7 to 10 days plus shipping time wasn't a critical factor.
