A guy I work with does all his slow speed turns like this with his Heritage. Actually he sticks his leg out that is on the inside part of the turn. Sticks it out as far away and forward as he can. Says he is forming like a tripod so if the bike goes down his leg is there to stop it. I tell him that's a great way to break a leg. That manuever is only one of his many clusterf**ks when he rides

It's a heavy bike, but like all bikes, it's all about balance. I have an '08 UC and have never dropped it (knock-on-wood) at parking lot speeds and that's mostly riding two-up. Like others have said, just ride it and after miles you'll know exactly what she'll do and won't do.
