I had my bike have some custom work done at Stealth Cycles in Florida. You might look at their web site to see how it turns out. Mine has plenty of stopping power and if you have nice wheels it really puts it on display.

imo it looks a lot better with the big chrome cover on one side on your heritage

ill take a pic of my RKC tomorrow with one caliper on and one rotor if my back is ok to do so and see what you all think then
Yea yea yea, it's clean and everything but, if it came w/ two rotors, I'd damn sure not take one off.

I look at it this way, I can't see how cool one rotor looks while I'l tooling down the road.... Hey man, it's your bike, I'm sure one rotor will stop it just fine. Just like when my wife mentioned my "thinning spot" on top of my head...I told her, "I hope it don't bother you, cuz I can't even see it".

Matt,
I have a 2010 RKC, I am running a 21" front wheel, 13" single rotor. I really cannot tell a difference between the OEM dual setup and the single rotor. I have never put myself in a position where I have to slam my braking.

wow, you can say that you don't put yourself in that position, I don't either, but other pr1cks on the road WILL put you in that position!

I agree that others may put you in a position that will cause you to brake suddenly. I do not ave ABS, my brakes as set up will lock up in turn my tires will skid. On my setup, my wheels will lock up the same as OEM setup. If the concern is that a single rotor will not stop the wheel from rotating I do not have that problem.

Calipers are junk, shocks are junk, HK radios are junk, people talk alot of smack about how their HD's are junk and still keep buying them.

Personaly I don't care what you do to your bike because its yours not mine. This forum is great to post questions to see what others have done that works and what doesn't work, but if you think HD's are junk buy something else.

Here's mine on an 06 street glide I owned a few years ago. As far a braking goes, it's about like riding a fatboy, or a heritage.
