After my stock windshield on my '04 Electra Classic got too cloudy for me to take, I researched my options and went ahead and ordered a 10" Ultra Recurve using the HDForums discount. Got it a few days later and realized it was too tall, I didn't measure like I should have. Called them up, chatted for a minute about my options and they said 'no problem send it back and we'll send out an 8" right away.' No restocking or hassle, I had the correct one hand about a week later.

After 1000+ miles I can say this thing is great. I had a 10" HD shield on before and was a little nervous going down to the 8, not wanting to eat rocks and bugs. I'm 5'11" and get no buffeting and probably less wind than my stock 10" screen, plus I hardly notice it's there since it's lower and the bike looks way better with a smoke shield imo. If it were to take a rock or some kind of damage, I wouldn't hesitate or order another.. I have no connection to them other than being a satisfied customer, good guys, good product, and fair price. Just passing the word along.
