Go with the vied. It's the newer one and a little bit of adjustment is good. The min and max are set so you can't over due it. So no worries.

I was trying to decide whether to go with an XIED or a PCV. I took the time and researched both, then called up Jamie at Fuel Moto. After speaking with him for a while, he was great to talk to, it was a very, very, easy decision to spend a little more money and get the PCV. I am very happy with my PCV.

Yep...I spoke with Fuelmoto also and no doubt they are great to deal with. I may end up going that route someday but right now i'm thinking a XiED/ViED is all I need. My bike runs great now with no pinging or other issues (except valve train noise) at all in the 1200 miles i have on it. I am running a de-catted stock head pipe with the stock mufflers and thats made a major difference in the heat issue and also has improved the sound quite a bit. I may still add some slip ons some day but that would be the extent of my mods...this 103 has all the power i need. I just want to richen it a little and don't expect i'd notice a huge difference with the XiED/ViED's but at least i'd feel better knowing its not as lean as from the factory.

Now if a tuner could quiet the valve train i'd buy one now at any cost!! LOL

Thanks
JG
