I have a roadking with a 20" windshield. I really like the look of beach bars, does anyone have that combo? Would like to see pic if anyone has one.

 

I have the 11" tinted Harley wind shield for my RK with beach bars. It looks fine to me. I don't have any pics with the windshield on the bike though. If I get a chance I will throw it on, take a few and post them. I am looking for a taller shield. I also have a 21" clear shield but it is too tall for my liking. I will throw that one on also and take a few pics. Probably gonna go with the light smoked 16" from Harley or maybe the LRS 17" not sure yet.

 

Last year when I was looking at RK's I test drove an 04 with Beach bars and a windshield. A different member on this forum actually bought the bike!

Anywho, I HATED the beachbars! Bitchbars is more like it! It was a bitch to ride! I cant believe anyone would ever like them,,,but hey thats just me

 

That's funny!!...I got the RK II beach bars and love em....I think they look cool too.

I find with my lower more layed back Lapera seat it is a different ride compared to the Harley sundowner single seat which lifts me up and towards the handlebars.

I have the full size windshield and a shorter long rides shield also....Pics of my bike in my sig are with the stock windshield.

 

I run a windshield on cold mornings with my beach bars. It's a 20" tinted Long Ride Shield and with the black paint and the low bars, it looks great.....just don't have any pics of it

 

When I take a ride the windshield is always on. When I take a picture the windshield is always off. It's just so sweet without the windshield.

 

I had beach bars on my 02 RKC and really liked them. They make full-lock turns a challenge, but otherwise very comfortable for me.

Been thinking about beach bars too. Whats the #1 complaint: hand position/angle or elevation?

 

I have beach bars, but no pics with the windscreen on. I'll see what I can do.
