I'm still really green with my PCV but learning fast with some expert advice from this forum and I've tried emailing the map. For some reason it doesn't transfer. I end up having to take a pic then emailing it to myself, then upload it to Photobucket then and only then can I post it....It's a PITA. With a fuel map for each cylinder, another for the timing.... tedious to say the least. Maybe a quick tutorial from a magnanimous savvy tuner would be awesome>

tell your tech that not all have TPS, some use map. so 0% column in your case is the first kpg map column either 15 or 20. This all would be simpler if all bikes were the same, using the same tuning tables.

Not being tunable shouldn't be a big problem because the fuelpak I have isn't tunable either and I have no decel popping. I do also have the Harley stage 1 download and never had decel popping before the fuelpak. I have BUB7 slip-ons and V&H dresser duals. Guess I am just lucky with the whole popping issue

PS - I have never had a dyno tune. Don't plan to either
SEPST is the latest HD version, so you could be wrong. SERT was the forerunner to the TTS

kPa is the manifold absolute pressure measured and not the throttle position. Same throttle position with different loads will give you different kPa numbers.

Richard, Is the kPa on the TTS the 20% throttle position or does it mean something else?
The MAP kPa is seen on the AFR table with TTS.
Or the Lambda table. Depending on your bike.
kPa is also displayed on the Closed Loop Bias table.
The percent TPS is seen during the VTune process when you try to get the cells green.

On the AFR table it is 9 columns (20-100kPa) x 17 rows (750-7000rpm). The AFR table is one of the 1st things you set. To Stoich.

The TTS manual is on their web site. P 57 displays the AFR Table.
Check it out. Lots of pictures, lots of tables. It only begins to make sense after reviewing the manual 5-6 times.
http://www.mastertune.net/files/calibrations.asp

You should see HD Motorcycle Files on the right side.
Delphi, assuming your bike uses Delphi
Manuals
Master_Tune_Tuning Guide-v133

Once you start tuning the bike you work with the VTune table.
This displays % TPS x RPM. P 65.

My Son came over and tuned out my decel popping on my RK with my PCV. With advice I got from Keith at FM. We put 15 in the first column from 1500 rpm and up, nice improvement. Then we went up to 20's and now all the popping is gone.
Keith said if we had to go over 40 then he would had sent me a new map.

Yeah, sounds like a Harley should. My stage ll 103 in the '10 RK pops a little on engine braking, and it runs a little rich. Not soiling my shorts over it.
