The Circulator seat pads don't keep your *** bone dry, but it's much better than without it at all.

Depends on what kind of undies you are wearing. Nylon with the chamois material against your crotch area (bike type shorts) and I have no dampness at all, wearing Slider jeans with the kevlar panels sewn in.

I get the same swelling ..... maybe we shouldn't wear socks ??

I wear compression sock (Knee High) when i take long road trips or when i fly for more than 1 hour....
