Default Best seat for my '05 Road King Classic

If you look on E-bay, there seems to be an abundance of stock RK seats for sale. What's the best aftermarket seat for my wife and I? Her butt can only take about 100 miles on the stock seat. I'm 5' 10" 220 lbs, my wife is 5' 1" and 120 lbs.

My 2006 Roadking is my second Harley. The first thing I changed was the seat. I went with a mustang wide solo and wide passenger pad. This combo works our great for me and my wife. When she is not riding with me I like the look of the solo and when she wants to ride a quick add of the passenger pad makes a very comfortable ride for her. Before switching seats anything close to 100 miles was tough on the ***. With the Mustang I easily did 700 straight to Myrtle Beach. My vote is mustang.

I have a 2001 Road King. The Mustang seat is much better than stock.

Corbin, I've ridden lots of diff seats and always come to Corbin, but, butts are like opinions everyones if diff. If you have any riding friends with Corbin, Mustang, LePerra, swap bikes for a good ride see what fits you best.

I put a Sundowner with a psgr back rest on my '05 RK Classic. I have no problem putting on 200/300 miles a day with it. The passengersideof the seat is nice and wide too. My girlfriend is 5'2 110 lbs and she has yet to complain. Very comfortable.

Same here with the HD Sundowner. My wife won't ride with me unless its on the bike. I have a Mustang solo and I'm sure they, like Corbin make great touring seats.

HD Sundowner, but seats are a little like helmets. Just like everyone's head is a little different, everyone's a$$ is a little different too.

+1 for Mustang. We had a H-D Sundowner on the '01 RK we used to have. While better than stock(and what isn't?), wife still needed to stop often. After a 200+ mile day, she wouldn't want to ride next day or 2. When we got the '04 EGC we had, I put Mustang on it. She was a lot more comfortable and after a 200+ mile day, seh was able to ride some more that day and the next. Switched it to the '07 EGC we have now. Couldn't be happier.
