I would pass. And if all they did was a chain tesioner I doubt they really went through it

 

Depends on the price, if it was around 6-7 grand that would be acceptable in my book. Look at all the old Indians and Harleys cruising around. Yes you may need a bit more maintenance but that's part of the experience. Also you may need to consider who you maybe riding with, if they all have newer bikes you may want to reconsider holding them up. Do you know your way around that year???????
